Civico42 is a holiday home located on a beautiful hilly area with a scenic panoramic view on Lake Garda, only a few minutes far away from the centre of Garda. This holiday apartment with all comforts has been completely renewed and is now the ideal place for both a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda and a wonderful rest among silver olive trees, peaceful silence and restful landscapes.
The house hosts 5 rooms. In the wide and bright living room you find a wooden table, a large and comfortable couch (which can also become a comfortable sofa bed), an elegant piece of furniture with satellite TV and a book selection. A simple and linear cupboard stands beside the entrance: it is meant both as a flat surface for the living room and as a small wardrobe with all the space necessary to those who make use of the sofa bed. A bright French window faces the charming garden of Civico42: in the spring and in the summer you can start your day here with an open-air breakfast, then relax and sunbathe or enjoy a peaceful dinner surrounded by the colours of our lake’s marvellous sunsets.
Cook
The modern and functional kitchen features a solid marble working surface, a traditional oven and an induction-cooking surface. The kitchenware we have chosen with great care includes small objects for a better comfort level such as an electric kettle, a moca, a Nespresso coffee machine and an Aeroccino Nespresso for preparing excellent coffees and cappuccinos for your breakfast.
Relax
The bedroom stands out for its elegant and basic style: white fittings conveying a sense of quiet and brightness, the hints of red of a delicate Japanese print and the headboard’s shades of grey. In this room, you find a beautiful French window, too, which leads to the garden of Civico42. There are also bedside tables, reading lamps and a wide open wardrobe with shelves and hanger bars. The modern bathroom adjacent to the bedroom is equipped with a wide built-in shower, towels and bath-towels, fittings and small objects for a high comfort level.
In our holiday house, we have also created a versatile room to be used as a storeroom and as a laundry room: here you find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and functional boxes for collecting waste separately. Two wall cupboards exploit all of the available space: in the first one there are cleansers and home care materials, in the second one blankets, bath-towels and extra bed linen for both the double room and the sofa bed.
Civico42 features complete floor heating (even under the shower tray), a floor vacuum cleaner, free Wi-Fi, a safe and a private parking right in front of the apartment entrance.
