I stayed in the apartment with my husband and we had a really great time. The apartment is new, very comfortable, excellent cleaning. The location is beautiful, there is a dream view, it is slightly outside the center and therefore you can enjoy tranquility but at the same time the convenience of reaching the center in a few minutes and there is also parking in front of the apartment. Valeria, the landlady, was friendly and helpful, she provided us with many useful information for our stay in Garda. I would absolutely recommend it. It is suitable for couples and fantastic for a romantic holiday.

Appartamento praticamente nuovo, spazioso, arredato con gusto e ben attrezzato. Si trova su un’altura tra i vigneti a pochi km da Garda, con parcheggio con vista e in posizione strategica per visitare la sponda veneta del lago. Pur a luglio le stanze sono fresche, anche senza accendere l’aria condizionata presente in ogni stanza. Valeria è un host molto premuroso. Abbiamo soggiornato solo un fine settimana, ma la casa si presta bene a soggiorni più lunghi. Torneremo!
Valeria is great host of a wonderful apartment uphill of Garda lake. We stayed here for a month in low season at is was the best experience we’ve ever had. Very will designed calm place, far from the crowded places and around 5 min drive to the Garda town. We’ve been travelling a lot around and it was always a pleasure to come back to a place, that became our home for some time. The apartment itself had all the facilities that we could think of for the family. We did especially appreciate cappuccino maker and books for the kids). If you need do the groceries you can drive to Garda town or Affi if something special. Valeria had also prepared some notes with all the recommendations that could be useful for the stay and was always available to assist.

We had a short 3 days 2 night stay here and we loved it!!! Wish I had more time at Lake garda. Communication was easy and no issues with the check in and out. Great location! Short drive to the nearest town with amenities and food! Place is a good size with everything you need! Very clean and everything needed is provided. Nice area to dine outdoors, morning sun is good to dry our clothes if not plenty of space indoors too! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all! Good price for the size too!

Civico42 moves with the times and combines Italian flair with modernity. Me and my boyfriend stayed in this apartment for a week. We were greeted in a very familiar way by Valeria’s mother, we fell in love with the apartment from the first second and felt very, very comfortable throughout the holiday. The apartment is bigger than you might imagine in the photos, beautifully furnished and undoubtedly absolutely clean. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay and nothing is missing. Civico42 is located above Garda and offers a fantastic view both at night and during the day. The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful towns on Lake Garda and enjoying the “dolce vita”. We would recommend everyone to spend their vacation in Valeria’s apartment and would love to come back again.

It was the most beautiful setting, the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed to make pack lunches and dinner a couple of times. The view is wonderful and sat out eating breakfast there. We also hired a scooter through Valeria which was perfect. Highly recommend staying here and would stay again! Great accommodation with a beautiful location. On foot, approx. 20 minutes to Garda. Highly recommended. The hostess is always available and is always ready to help. There is also a private parking space in front of the door. The accommodation is ok for 4 people, as the sofa bed is of high quality and it has its own comfy mattress. The bedroom is great. Everything is super clean and nicely decorated. Gladly again!

The apartment is prettier than the photos. The apartment is in an old house, but all renovated. The furniture is new and the tableware is beautiful. Fully equipped with washing machine, microwave, nespresso coffee machine. The owner is very welcoming and willing to offer advice. He also gave us a nespresso capsule once during our stay. It only takes 5 minutes to drive from the apartment to the lake. 8 minutes drive to the nearby supermarket.

Everything is of high quality, with great attention to detail, modern and newly furnished, sparkling clean and of a high standard. Whether bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room – or the large storage room – everything is great! Valeria is a wonderful hostess, punctual for check-in on site as well as for check-out. We can warmly recommend the apartment and would love to come back.
The apartment is very high quality and lovingly furnished, everything is brand new and sparkling clean. Even the clothes hangers in the bedroom are uniformly white and matched to the ambience. The bathroom is very modern with a large shower and a nice large sink. The kitchen has everything you need – the furnishings here are also very high quality and new. The sofa bed in the living room is large and comfortable.

We found Valeria’s accommodation to be exceptionally well equipped. The storage room is worth its weight in gold. There are 170 vertical meters to overcome, until you are at the apartment, and then you have a postcard view of the lake from the parking lot of the apartment. Wonderful.

Very clean and really nice, stylish decor. Comfortable bed bed and the kids slept well on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped, even the capsules for the Nespresso machine, small glasses of jam, oil, salt, pepper … all available. And the contact with Valeria was perfect … I received all the answers immediately, the delivery of the keys was very simple … we even entered the apartment before the agreed time. Valerias Mama, who always lives, speaks perfect German and also helped us in all senses immediately and with heart. The apartment is high enough on a mountain, but the view is a dream !! If only for a short time it was a perfect stay. Thanks for everything !! we should go on holiday on Lake Garda again, we know which accommodation to book.

My partner and I stayed in Valeria’s wonderful apartment for 7 nights. The equipment was really extremely good, for had everything you needed and much more. The interior are very inviting and you feel right at home! Very stylish! It was place ton relax and enjoy. Communicating with Valeria was very easy and she answered directly to our concerns. By car you can be in the center of Garda in about 10 minutes. A few restaurants can also be reached on foot within 15 minutes. We would possibly take e-bikes with us for our next stay, so that one can effortlessly climb the meters to the accommodation and leave the car completely during the stay. For us it’s definitely not the last stay in this great accommodation.
